This one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor. One bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Living room with a dining area and kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, fridge and all amenities you might need. Bathroom with a shower and hot water – towels are provided. Terrace with an outdoor dining area and a beautiful sea view. Private entrance through the terrace available on both sides, so the guest of both 1st floor apartments can have more intimacy. Also the curtain dividing the terrace in half can be provided. Air condition and Wi-Fi are available in all our holiday apartments. The house is surrounded with a private garden with 200-year-old olive trees and with access to the beach. Common grill area is located behind the house and available to our guests. External laundry with washing machine and iron is also available in the building. Free parking space is located few meters from the house. This apartment is suitable for maximum 4 guests (one double bed + two single beds). Check-in starts at 16:00, and the check-out is before 9:00.
